What you'll need
- 2 tbsp Crisp ‘n Dry cooking oil
- 1 sausage
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato, halved
- 5 mushrooms
How to do it
Heat the Crisp ‘n Dry cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
Cook the sausage, mushrooms and tomato for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the bacon to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn the bacon and then crack the egg open and add to the pan.
Fry for 2 more minutes then serve.
You can make this for more people — you just need a bigger pan!
