What you'll need
- 400g lean minced lamb
- 1 small onion, peeled and diced
- 4 crusty rolls
- 4 sweet potatoes, cut into long wedges
- Crisp ‘n Dry spray oil to coat (Crisp ‘n Dry pouring oil will work just as well)
- 200ml natural yogurt
- Cucumber, cut into small cubes
How to do it
Heat the oven to 200°c / gas mark 6.
Coat the potatoes in Crisp ‘n Dry spray oil.
Place onto a baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt and cook for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the meat and onion together and shape into rounds.
Coat with Crisp ‘n Dry spray oil and griddle for 4 minutes on each side.
Mix the yoghurt and cucumber together and serve with the wedges and lamb burgers in the rolls.
To spice up the burgers add a finely chopped chilli. These can also be cooked on the barbecue.
