What you'll need
- 1 small loaf, torn into even sized chunks
- Crisp ‘n Dry spray oil (Crisp ‘n Dry cooking oil will work just as well)
- 1 tbsp sea salt
How to do it
Heat the oven to 200°c / gas mark 6.
Spray the bread chunks with the Crisp ‘n Dry spray oil.
Place on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
Toss in the salt, cool and serve.
For a tasty and quick starter, mix with chopped ripe tomatoes, olives and basil — yummy!
Keep in an air-tight tub for up to a week.
