What you'll need
- 600g baby potatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 75 ml Crisp ‘n Dry cooking oil
How to do it
Heat the oven to 200°c/gas 6.
Mix all the ingredients together, put into a roasting tray and bake for 30 minutes.
A really simple idea for parties when feeding lots of people — impress guests by serving these as a canapé with dip.
Serve with a bowl of sour cream for the perfect party dip.
